Our organic geese are outdoor-reared here at a Tablehurst and grass-fed for a superior texture and flavour. Your bird will be between 4kg and 5kg (including giblets) for a small goose and between 5kg and 6kg for a large goose. A small goose will serve 4 - 6 people, a large one 6 - 8.
