Our organic chickens arrive on the farm as day-old chicks and are reared in open houses with constant access to a large field where we have recently planted a mixture of trees to provide the birds with shade, protection and some additional variety in their diet. The large chickens will be around 3kg including giblets, sufficient to serve 5 to 7 people.
