Every stage of the process - rearing the pigs to the highest welfare standards, curing the joints, cooking the ham and glazing it with our own honey glaze recipe - happens here on the farm. The result is a superb ham with an outstanding depth of flavour. The weight of your joint will be within +/- 250g the stated weight. These joints are boneless.
