Celebrating Sourdough Month

We're celebrating Sourdough September with Elle Fox and her extremely popular Sourdough & Focaccia workshop, a mouthwatering  session where you get the scoop on fermentation secrets only given during her workshops. Elle is an experienced Naturopath and Nutritionist with additional specialist IBS/FODMAP training with Monash University, and a certified GAPS™ practitioner, trained with Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride, founder of GAPS™.

• Workshop fee includes all produce needed for the sourdough, refreshments, and printed recipe sheets to take away

• Each participant takes away:

  • 1 x focaccia loaf to bake at home

  • 1 x sourdough loaf to bake at home

  • fresh or dried sourdough starter (depending on availability)
