Autumn Cookery Class with Chef Leo
An autumnal cookery class showcasing English truffle, a selection of wild and cultivated mushrooms, Tablehurst pork and squash. Accompanied by a glass of organic sparkling wine and followed by a warming, decadent chocolate dessert.

About the event
Celebrate this season of abundance by working with beautiful ingredients gifted by mother nature! Together we will cook a delicious two-course autumnal feast, which we will enjoy in the garden or barn (depending on weather) afterwards.
Main course:
Slow roasted star anise and cardamom spiced pork shoulder, served with a wild mushroom pie, roasted winter squash, fresh English truffle and gravy.
Dessert:
Chocolate mallow cake served with a nutmeg whipped cream filling.
A glass of organic sparkling wine is included. You are also welcome to bring your own wine to enjoy with your labour of love! The Tablehurst Farm Shop (open Mon-Sat only so please buy in advance) sells a selection of delicious biodynamic and organic wine in a range of colours - including from UK wine producers.
